This functional sculptural piece was made as a collaboration between Studio Ayra and Nitya A Aggarwal. Nitya is a budding potter who feels drawn to forms that could exist as both functional pieces and sculptural expressions, inspired by the organic beauty of quiet nature, rocks, trees, birds, the human body, animals, she loves creating ceramic forms that feel organically evolved rather than defined.

"Inspired by the quiet promise held within a seed this lamp celebrates nature's simplest profound form with earthy textures. The inspiration for this piece came from the humble seed pod small, unassuming, yet filled with endless possibilities. As my first lamp it holds a special place in my journey symbolizing the excitement of taking the first step and trusting where it might lead yet carrying the potential for life and growth. It is a reminder that every meaningful story begins with a single idea carefully nurtured into light."
