The Aged Moss Series is inspired by the Japanese concept of Wabi Sabi. The aesthetic is described as one of appreciating beauty that is "imperfect, impermanent, and incomplete" in nature. The beauty and flow of aging of the moss that grows on the walls during monsoon stayed on.
